Pet Friendly
Kettler management is one of the leading property management companies in the DC area and what's more....pet friendly!  We accept cats and large dogs where our competitors usually do not. Please see the pet policy below and if you have any specific questions, you might want to ask the staff at the community you are interested in, as the policy varies at certain communities.

• Up to 2 Pets Allowed
• $300 Non-Refundable Pet Deposit for 1 Pet, $500 for 2 Pets
• $25-$30 Per Pet Monthly Pet Rent
• $100 Fine for Pets not on leashes and/or not cleaned up after
• Proof of Renter's Insurance w/ Liability Coverage Must be provided
• Proof of Up to Date Shots must be provided
• A Photo of the Pet Must Be Taken at Time of Move In and Kept in the Resident’s File
• All Pets Outside of Dogs and Cats Must be Caged
• No Weight Limit
• Breed Restrictions:  German Shepherds, Akitas, Chows, Rottweilers, Pit Bull Terriers, American Staffordshire Terriers, Dobermans (any mixed breeds over 50% Restricted Breed fall into the Restricted Breeds category.  Any 50% or under may be accepted)

• Refer your friends to live at a Kettler community.
• Fill out the Resident Referral form
• Have your friend mention the resident referral when they turn in their leasing application.
• When your friend moves in, you will receive a check from us.

Flex Car
Flex Car, the nation’s first and largest car sharing has teamed up with Metro, Arlington County and Kettler. If you live in or near the city and you can commute by bus, carpool, bicycle or foot, you can probably save hundreds of dollars a month by relying on Flexcar rather than a personal vehicle for your occasional driving needs. 

For Kettler residents membership is free, just pay as you go!
